Our classes are designed to support all fitness levels, whether you're just getting started or looking to push your training further.

Each session is coach-led and structured with a clear purpose — building strength, improving fitness, and helping you train with confidence in a supportive, motivating environment.

Members receive class credits added to their membership each month. Non-members are also welcome to drop in by purchasing credit packs through the SOMA app.

Class Descriptions

Soma Sculpt

A high-intensity functional hybrid class blending strength training and cardio into powerful workouts. Expect to lift, move fast, and work hard using functional movements that build real-world strength and resilience.

Soma Circuits

A studio-based circuit class combining strength, cardio, and functional training in timed stations. Open to all levels with options to suit everyone — leaving you feeling fitter, stronger, and energised.

Soma Spin

High-energy indoor cycling set to motivating music that builds cardiovascular fitness, leg strength, and endurance. Ride through climbs, sprints, and intervals — suitable for all levels.

Soma Strength

A progression-focused class for both beginners and experienced lifters. With a strong emphasis on technique, you'll develop key strength movements using barbells and dumbbells in a coached environment.

HYROX

A high-intensity class designed to prepare you for HYROX-style racing. Combining functional strength, conditioning, and endurance — featuring sleds, carries, lunges, and high-rep functional movements.

Bootcamp

An outdoor-inspired functional class combining bodyweight exercises, cardiovascular work, and team challenges. High-energy and motivating — designed to push your fitness and build mental resilience.

Yoga

A guided movement and breath-based class varying from slow and restorative to dynamic flows. Focuses on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility while encouraging relaxation and mindfulness.

Pilates

A controlled, low-impact class targeting core strength, posture, and body awareness. Suitable for all levels and particularly beneficial for those recovering from injury or looking to build a strong foundation.
