These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SOMA Club facilities and services. By joining SOMA Club or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before signing up.
Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and over. Members aged 16–17 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to use of the facility.
SOMA Club offers the following membership options:
Monthly and Annual memberships include unlimited gym floor access, monthly class credits, access to private single-person sauna pods, and use of the SOMA Reset Lounge. Day Passes include gym floor access only.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Your access credentials must not be shared with or used by any other person.
Monthly membership fees are collected by direct debit or card on the same date each month. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.
SOMA Club reserves the right to amend membership prices. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price change. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Membership fees are non-refundable, including for periods of non-use, unless SOMA Club is required to close due to circumstances beyond its control, in which case pro-rata credits or refunds may be applied at our discretion.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to hello@somaclub.co.uk. You will retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
Annual memberships are paid in full and are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (for example, a serious medical condition), SOMA Club may at its sole discretion offer a partial refund or transfer of remaining value.
Members may request to freeze their membership for up to 3 months in a 12-month period. Freeze requests must be submitted by email with at least 7 days' notice. Membership billing will be paused for the freeze period, and your end date will be extended accordingly.
The facility is open 5am–11pm, seven days a week, subject to change on public holidays or for maintenance. We will give reasonable advance notice of any planned closures.
All members and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and courteously at all times. The following are not permitted:
SOMA Club reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.
Single-person sauna pods are bookable through the SOMA app. Sessions are limited to 45 minutes per booking. Members must shower before use and must not use the sauna if they have any medical condition that may be aggravated by heat, without first consulting a doctor.
The Reset Lounge is for use by members only. Please be considerate of others using the space for work or relaxation. Food may be consumed in the lounge; please tidy up after yourself.
You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health prior to using the facility and any equipment. If you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, you should consult a qualified medical professional before exercising.
You use all equipment and facilities at your own risk. SOMA Club staff are available to advise on correct technique; however, you are ultimately responsible for exercising safely and within your own capabilities.
Any accident, injury, or near-miss must be reported to a member of staff immediately. An incident report will be completed. SOMA Club maintains appropriate first aid provisions and public liability insurance.
SOMA Club's liability for loss or damage to personal property is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. We strongly recommend that you do not bring valuable items to the facility. SOMA Club does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits SOMA Club's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
