Frequently Asked

What is included in my membership?

All memberships include full access to the gym floor and equipment. Monthly and annual memberships include class credits each month, which can be used to book any of our coach-led sessions.

What are your opening hours?

SOMA is open 5am – 11pm, seven days a week. Day passes are available between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Can I cancel my monthly membership?

Yes — monthly memberships are flexible with no long-term tie-in. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details.

How do I book classes?

Classes are booked through the SOMA app. Download it, purchase or use your included credits, and book directly from the timetable. Non-members can also purchase credit packs to attend.

Is there parking at SOMA?

Yes, there is ample free parking at the Bourton Industrial Estate. You'll see the SOMA sign clearly on arrival.

Do I get access to the sauna with my membership?

Yes — all monthly and annual memberships include access to our private single-person infrared saunas. They're bookable through the app and available during all opening hours, giving you a dedicated recovery space whenever you need it.

What is the Reset Lounge?

The Reset Lounge is our members' space to work, relax, or catch up between sessions. There's great coffee, comfortable seating, and WiFi — it's designed as a place you'd actually want to spend time, whether you're working remotely or just unwinding after a workout.
